eCOMMERCE SUPPORT
This is a unique role based in our Head Office in East Finchley. This is a full time opportunity.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Hallett Retail successfully operates a dynamic mix of must-have fashion labels as concessions within some of the leading players in the online fashion industry. This role will provide administrative support to the growing e-commerce department & requires close collaboration with our brands and hosts – some of the most celebrated names in fashion retail.
KEY ACCOUNTABLILITIES:
• Raise Purchase Orders
• Distribute weekly/daily sales reports to brands.
• Input weekly sales figures into our key reporting system
• Review current sales against predicted sales. This involves working closely with individual brands, product team and web hosts to achieve your goals.
• Maximise sales through allocating stock to hosts websites, analysing sales performance by brand and in turn maximising sales to their full potential.
• Provide administrative and analytical support and any ad hoc tasks that arise in a busy team environment.
• Be responsible for your own web hosts and brands, communicating between all and ensuring information is smoothly delivered.
• Relaying all web promotions & markdowns to brands in advance and confirming their participation.
• Ensure each product description adheres to the hosts specifications.
• Investigate missing lines on host’s websites and communicate between hosts and brands to find out stock loss/delay issues.
• Review Best Sellers and communicate to brands in order to replenish in a timely manner.
• Provide a friendly, efficient and professional service using phone, email and the web.

• Must be a confident and strong communicator in order to build strong relationships with internal teams as well as with brands and hosts.
