NEW APPOINTMENTS AT HALLETT RETAIL, THE CONCESSIONS PEOPLE

Despite the recession, Hallett Retail, the Concessions People, has seen amazing rapid growth and expansion over the past few years. As a result, Managing Director, Wendy Hallett, has recently made two significant new appointments to her management team - Dean Cooper as Commercial Director and Jacqui Margolis as Head of HR.

Dean Cooper has 22 years of experience in retail management roles at companies including Paul Smith Ltd, Camper UK and Duffer of St George.

Most recently, Dean was Managing Director of fashion distribution, sales and PR company, Latitude Ltd. Prior to that he was Head of Sales for Menswear and Men's Accessories at Burberry Plc, where he had particular responsibility for developing shop-in-shop concessions in Selfridges and Harrods.

Dean is Commercial Director at Hallett Retail with overall responsibility for all elements of the product division including range development, store space and staff planning.

Jacqui Margolis has over 30 years experience in HR and is a well-known figure in the fashion industry, having previously held Senior HR roles at Harvey Nichols, Burberry, Arcadia and Liz Claibourne (which included brands such as Juicy Couture, Monet and Mexx). Jacqui joined Hallett Retail in January 2010 as Head of HR for Hallett Retail's 600 plus staff.
