We have an exciting opportunity for a Brands Support Role based in our Head Office, East Finchley.

This is a full time position however we can be flexible on days and hours for the right person.



To provide an efficient and effective administration service in relation to Hallett Retail’s concession business


 Brand Relationships:

  • Full support to Brand Manager with Brand relationships
  • Support with sourcing Brands and managing diaries
  • Handling all email & telephone queries from Brands and Hosts incl. liaising with internal departments to resolve issues

 Brand On Boarding – creating, updating, and communicating – includes:

  • Liaising with i-Level re Brand/s launch into and exit from Host/s
  • Requesting concession codes set up with Hosts, if required
  • Liaising with Retail Ops re hangers / graphics/ decals
  • Update Brand contact details regularly
  • Intake info collation
  • Photography collation
  • Making sure the brand on-boarding document is completed fully by each department

Meeting Preparation:

  • Samples – requesting, receiving, preparing, re-packaging, returning
  • PDF creation for Host meeting packs and responsibility of updating Hallett brand bible
  • Meeting preparation comprises of:
    • Preparing room
    • Creating and communicating agenda
    • Taking and communicating and chasing actions on minutes
    • Meeting & greeting visitors
    • Providing refreshments to meeting attendees
  • Booking couriers / goods cars for samples


  • Working closely with Trading and Operations teams regarding Brand and Host launch and exit dates, graphics and hanger requirements etc.
  • Create and share weekly best seller reports across different brands
  • Monitor host websites checking copy, photography, sizing etc. and pulling together information in a suitable way to feedback to the brands.
  • Maintaining Image library for PDFs and other reference purposes
  • Creating seasonal trend packs incl. ‘Must Have’ trend pack for Debenhams
  • Collating ‘Hallett Hound’ product pages



  • Confident, with all hands on deck approach
  • Previous experience in a busy fashion buying department would be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to generate and sustain effective working relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Co-operative and a flexible team member
  • Pro-active, self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Add value to the team and seeks ways to improve the service
  • Able to prioritise and deliver against deadlines
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
